Join the Whitebark Pine Ecosystem Foundation of Canada for the 2026 Whitebark & Limber Pine Science and Management Conference, bringing together researchers, restoration practitioners, land managers, Indigenous knowledge holders, government and industry partners, students, volunteers, and community members working to advance the conservation and recovery of whitebark and limber pine.
This year’s conference will feature presentations, speed talks, posters, collaborative discussions, networking, and a full day of field-based learning in the Columbia Valley.

Conference Cancellation Policy
- More than 7 weeks prior to the event: Full refund minus administrative fee of $50.
- 4–7 weeks prior: 50% refund
- Less than 4 weeks prior: No refund
- Name transfers are permitted up to 72 hours before the event.
Written Requests Required:
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. The date the request is received will determine the applicable refund eligibility.
Event Changes:
We reserve the right to modify event details (including schedule, speakers, or venue) as needed. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
Event Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
